The engine compartments are becoming increasingly narrow and compact. For space reasons, car manufacturers are therefore increasingly using hose clamps with close-fitting gripping jaws, which are difficult to loosen with conventional tools and, in the very narrow areas, almost impossible to loosen at all.
With the SZ-4000, every hose clamp can be opened quickly and without much effort, as the hose clamps are not opened via a carriage but via a flexible Bowden cable. Put the clamping jaws onto the ends of the hose clamps and immediately the hose clamp can be opened steplessly (!) and without much effort.
The green Bowden cable is specially designed for the new French clamps, which are preferably used by Peugeot and Renault.
The Bowden cables are comfortable and easy to change.
