Have you ever seen a “tornado” in action? In the great outdoors tornados are whirlwinds which sweep away everything that gets in their way with tremendous power. The “TORNADOR-GUN” Z-010 works according to the same principle. Pure air is sprayed at an extremely high power with suitable cleaning fluids. The actual “tornado-effect” is generated by the sophisticated technology in the discharge funnel which achieves the as yet unknown effect. You cannot have your vehicle’s interior cleaned more quickly or conveniently!

 

The technology

The TORNADOR-GUN is an air-powered suction spray gun which very finely sprays both air and cleaning liquids and then whirls them around at a very high pressure. In the discharge funnel there is a thin compressed air hose which rotates spirally when air is discharged. The discharged gas mixture is rotated in such a manner that similar to a geothermal tornado a kind of rotating cutter is generated. The effect resulting from this is responsible for the “tornado effect” which releases dirt particles from the surface at an
extremely high power. 

 

Areas of Application

The TORNADOR-GUN is ideal for all areas which are difficult to access:

• ventilation ducts, dashboards
• between the seats, seat rails
• emblems, license plates (after a car wash)
• tank filler necks, gaps, chinks
• gearshift boots, door storage compartments etc.

 

Ideal effect for soiling caused by:

• mechanic’s fingerprints (roof linings, seats and velour)
• stubborn swarf after auto body or levelling work
• chocolate remains next to children’s seats
• footprints from children’s shoes on backs of seats
• remains of road salt on floor mats, bird droppings on roofs of convertibles and so on
