The new Tornador Foam Z-011RS
- for preliminary cleaning of small and large areas
- Integrated compressed air regulator
- integrated joint nipple
- ergonomic, cold insulated and low vibration
- with two interchangeable diffusors
- for dry and stiff foam
The first foam gun, which converts cleaning fluids into a solid and stationary foam and thus decisively extends the impact and reaction time of the cleaner. This is why FOAM Z-011RS is an excellent choice for all intensive pre-cleaning, but also for carpet, velour and upholstery cleaning. In combination with the Tornador® EXTD extension kit, the cleaner can also be added from large containers. This facilitates handling (no cup, no refilling) and extends the range of applications (trucks, truck tarpaulins, hall walls, etc.).

History for understanding:
In 2004 the company Bendel from Bad Bevensen introduced the first Tornador gun, which we know as Tornador Classic (Z-010). The revolutionary concept of having a loose end of a hose rotate in a funnel on a spray gun in order to effectively clean upholstery, carpets and otherwise difficult to reach cracks on all possible parts has decisively changed the working methods of vehicle conditioners.
The disadvantage of the technology is that the construction is subject to heavy wear due to friction of the hose on the surface of the cone and therefore also requires a lot of compressed air, which only strong compressors can supply. Users were repeatedly faced with the problem that small mobile compressors were not up to the consumption of the Tornador Gun Classic. According to the nameplate, almost all compressors provide the necessary pressure, but it doesn't matter. The decisive factor is primarily the amount of air available.
The remedy was promised by Tornador Gun Black (Z-020), which has a fixed metal nozzle instead of the hose and rotates on a ball bearing. The nozzle does not touch the cone any more and thus the air consumption and the necessary operating pressure have been considerably reduced. The minimum pressure could be reduced from 6.5 bar to 4.5 bar and also the maximum operating pressure sank from max. 9.5 bar to 6.5 bar. This means that smaller compressors can also be used with the Tornador Black.Which Tornador Gun is better?
We hear this question every day. The answer is simple: None!
Both Tornador guns have their special field of application. This is primarily determined by the existing compressor.- If you have a sufficiently large compressor available, we still recommend the Tornador Classic (Z-010S). The Tornador Classic works with higher pressure and has a larger rotation diameter. The usable kinetic energy of the Z-010S is higher than that of the Z-020S. Pressure range: min. 6.5 bar to max. 9.5 bar
- The Z-020S is better when working with a smaller, mobile compressor and does not want to pause constantly because the compressor has to rebuild the pressure. Pressure range min. 4.5 bar to max 6.5 bar.
- Which compressor do I need? :
-
Do not be confused by the information on the output power of the compressors.
The data always refer to other pressure ranges. A clear criterion for assessing compressor performance is the suction power.
A Tornador Black requires 270 l/min at 6 bar.
A Tornador Classic needs 210 l/min at 9 bar.
The same applies to Tornador Basic, Tornador Foam and the Rotador Beast.
210 l/min at 9 bar is more than 270 l/min at 6 bar!
For the Tornador Black the compressor should have a suction capacity of at least 320 l/min, for the Classic at least 380 l/min.
Recommended boiler capacity at least 50 litres!
